This Som Tum recipe shared by our friends at the beautiful @waterside restaurant in Chiang Rai is made using heart of palm instead of green papaya. Green papaya may be used if you can’t source heart of palm. I have to order this whenever Im visiting this stunning restaurant on the banks of the Kok river in Chiang Rai.
